  15. Are you using the same comms program that you used with your old modem? 
  16. Try selecting the "setup" or "configuration" or "communication" or 
  17. whatever menu item until you find where to set the speed.

  19. You said it connected at 28,800 after you did c1&k3  Is there are command 
  20. to save the settings that you could issue after c1&k3?
